Natalie Ladd remembers what first drew her to apply for a job with SMS Equipment in 2012. She even recalls including it in the cover letter she submitted with her resume. She wanted to work for a local company that knew what they provided to industries and would have opportunities for future growth.
The cover letter and interview were successful, and Natalie joined the company as an accounts payable clerk. She spent five years in that department before moving into a product coordinator role supporting corporate construction sales.
"I loved that job. I was always learning – about different product lines, new machines, industries we catered to, and our customers' unique applications for this impressive equipment," says Natalie. "Working with a team to assist our customers and get them the equipment they wanted as quickly and efficiently as possible was exciting."
