We are ecstatic to share that during this year’s Employee Giving Campaign, SMS Equipment employees raised more money than any year previously recorded for the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN)! The original fundraising goal was surpassed within 3 days of the campaign launching. The target was then increased and surpassed once more.

During the campaign’s two-month window (May & June), employees pledged payroll deductions and hosted local branch fundraisers.

SMS Equipment matched employee donations dollar-for-dollar, not only as a sign of our commitment to health and well-being of kids in care at several CMN hospitals across Canada but to reward our employees fundraising efforts.

This huge accomplishment would not have been possible without the efforts from passionate staff ambassadors that led the charge for fundraising at their local branches (thank you!). Fundraisers included an ice cream sundae party, barbecues, and even a car wash.

Thank you to everyone who participated in this year’s campaign. Your contributions allow CMN to provide the very best in pediatric healthcare to the patients and families who rely on it most. This year’s results are a prime example of how at SMS Equipment Our People Define Us.
