Before joining SMS Equipment, Jean worked as a Naval Acoustic Technician until he transferred to the army, where he served as a Paramedic. Starting back in 2009, Jean worked as part of our warehouse team. After completing his Red Seal as a Heavy Equipment Technician, he applied to our wheel motor shop and was selected as the successful candidate. Jean has since then been promoted to his current role as the Supervisor for Support Services for our Acheson Reman Operations, where his gained knowledge on the job provides many benefits. He has completed Internal Auditor training for ISO:9001 and has been involved in implementing 6sigma continuous improvement processes throughout multiple branches. When Jean isn't putting all his skills to work, you can find him on the golf course, the ice rink, or a hill, always enjoying the outdoors.
