Through her extensive industry experience, she has a wide understanding of the diverse needs and responsibilities of an equipment dealer and their employees. With a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a CPHR professional designation, Kelly-Ann brings to SMS Equipment 18 years in progressive HR leadership roles in the heavy equipment supplier sector. As a strong believer that every employee should have a voice, Kelly-Ann is championing a forward-looking approach to her role in transforming HR, building the company’s workforce, leading the company’s ESG strategy, and driving SMS Equipment’s safety performance.
